It isn’t often that 4 FTSE 100 Companies ask you to curate their BHM Events. The brief was to challenge, educated and inspire change.

I brought in the big guns. African Union Historian to deliver a presentation on how each African Community and Diaspora community build up industry, wealth and governance systems that we use today. We tackled challenging topics such as institutional Racism and why this affects all communities and how what we must all do to create systems that work for everyone.

To ensure all communities were included in this mission, I closed the meeting with an inspiring talk about how we can be the change we want to see in society.

The event was a huge success, which led to a strong testimony below.

ML-Q opened the meeting and closed the meeting in a way that made thousands of years of history relevant to international team’s across banking, law , publishing, and asset management. The event challenged everyone to ask why they didn’t know this information and what can be done today to build inclusive companies.
It was simply an event not to be missed.
